What are the participation categories?

There are broadly 5 categories i.e. Presenter, Poster, In Absentia, Listener (without paper presentation) and Keynote. You may apply in any of them as per your choice.

How do I submit an abstract/full paper?

Please submit the Abstract/Full Paper along-with Author Information Form online on the World Congress Website.

Or, just email on World Congress contact mail as given on the World Congress website. Please mention author names, affiliations, category and contact information clearly. Abstract/Full Paper should be in Microsoft word file. Please read the ’Author Guidelines’ for more details.

What is the language used as the medium of this World Congress?

As this is an in International Conference, the general language for communication is English. Separate presentation sessions are also kept in regional languages like Thai, Malay, Persian, Chinese, European Languages, depending upon the conference location and participation of the participants.

Only articles in English Language are eligible for publication. Articles in other languages will be not included in the conference proceedings and journal.

May I register/submit more than 1 paper?

You may register for more than 1 paper (eg. 2, 3 or 4 papers). Where you yourself present all the papers, the registration fees is fully charged on the 1st paper presented and another additional charge of USD 200.00 each for the other additional papers presented. (One author submitting more than one paper)

If you submit more than one paper in a group, then all members of the group should register separately, but a group discount of USD 100 per registration will be given to a group of three or more. (More than one authors with more than one papers)

I have submitted my abstract/full paper but have not received confirmation, what should I do?

Please resubmit your abstract as soon as possible! There may be a number of reasons why you have not received your receipt/acknowledgement. There may be an email delay, there may have been an error in your email address field on the form, or your organization may have blocked the message assuming that it is spam. You should generally receive your receipt quoting your reference number within 2-3 days of submission, but please wait 3-4 days before contacting the Conference Committee.

If you still do not have your receipt, please do contact the Conference Content committee in order to check the status of your submission. Please don’t presume that we have received your abstract successfully until you have received acknowledgement of its safe receipt.

In case of any ambiguity, please feel free to contact the conference secretariat at the provided email address/ phone number in the contact page of conference website.

When should I submit my abstract/full paper?

You should submit the abstract as soon as possible. Information will be available on the submit abstract of the conference website. This will provide you with the relevant abstract submission deadline and submission guidelines, and it will also inform you if the submission period is not yet open, or if the deadline has passed and submissions are no longer being considered.

The sooner you apply for the conference, the better and more comfortable it will be for both participant and the organizers. As the conference has limited seats, the submissions received after filling the seats will be declined or deferred.

I am unable to attend the conference. Can I still submit my abstract/full paper for publication in the conference program booklet?

Yes, you may still submit an article, without attending the conference. Such submissions will be included in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN Number and the registration can be done in ‘absentia’. The paper will be considered in the special issue for journal publication and the author will be provided with participation certificate and receipt.

My abstract/full paper has been accepted, but won't be able to present it at the World Congress. Can it still be included in the conference program?

The presentation may be done by your friend/ co-author/ colleague, and you will still get the certificate and participation.

The presentation may be in form of a poster, and you will still get the certificate and participation.

The participation may be in ‘absentia’, and you will still get the certificate and participation.

The participation can be as ‘listener’, and you will still get the certificate and participation.

Please duly inform the organizing committee through email about your case in advance for necessary action.

I have made the registration payment and have received an electronic receipt. What happens now?

You can confirm about your payment from the conference secretariat by writing an email. The participants will be provided with a hard-copy receipt at the conference venue.

My abstract has been accepted for presentation. Do I have to register by a particular deadline?

Yes, if you are presenting an oral, poster or video presentation, it is absolutely essential that you register by the author registration deadline which will be detailed in your acceptance letter/website. You can register for the World Congress in Early Round, Late Round and Final Round. Please visit the websites of the World Congress for more information regarding the dates to register for the World Congress.

The acceptance of your abstract is conditional on your registering to attend the conference. Your registration confirms to the conference organizers that you will be presenting your material at the conference, and without your registration we will presume that you are no longer able to present.

If you do not register by the author deadline, your presentation will be automatically removed from the program.
If the deadline is problematic for you for whatever reason, then please contact the Conference Secretariat in order to explain your situation, and in order that we can retain your material in the program or give some relaxation in deadlines (if possible).

I have submitted my abstract, but now I realize that it contained a mistake and I need to revise it. Should I submit the abstract again online?

Yes. Please send an email to the Conference secretariat explaining the revision, and attach the revised abstract. Remember to quote your abstract reference number.

Can I submit a research paper with co-authors?

Yes, you can submit a paper with not more than 5 co-authors. If co-authors are also participating in the conference, then their registration fee is as mentioned on the registration page per co-author.

How do I book accommodation for the conference?

Accommodation charges are not included in the registration fee . Participants will book their accommodation themselves. It is not necessary to book the accommodation at the same hotel/venue of the conference. We advise you to take help from booking sites like, etc. and search for the accommodation base on your budget and choices.

How do I make reservation in flight/train/bus for the conference?

We advise you to take help from booking sites like,, etc., and search for the travel medium base on your budget and choices.

What are the ways of presentation? Which one is your preferred way?

You may present in three ways and we treat all the ways to be equal.

Oral presentation: You have to just bring your presentation in a PowerPoint format (we encourage short video files which would make presentation interesting). You would be given around 10 minutes including 2 minutes for question and answer.

Poster presentation:
All you have to do is to make a poster on soft copy/hard copy. We would project the soft copy on the LCD projector for 5-10 minutes. If the author brings the poster, we would be attaching it to the board for its display. If anybody has some quarries they may ask you to clarify.

Video presentation:
you may just make a video of your/colleague/friend presenting the paper and this would be run on the venue. This video should not be more than 10 minutes and you should be physical available to solve the queries.

What are the qualification requirements for presenting papers in this International Conference?

The participant need not to hold certain or specific qualification. i.e., individuals with or without PhD could present their research papers in this International conference.

I do not have any funding and cannot pay to attend the conference, can the Committee waive my registration fee/give me discount/subsidize my expenses?

Unfortunately the conference organizers do not financially support delegate attendance. We wish you every success in your independent search for funding. Please note that, authors who have not registered themselves by the author registration deadline will have their presentation removed from the Program. You may avail the Scholarship Scheme as mentioned on our website.

What is your Scholarship Scheme?

In order to promote students and research scholars to participate in world Congress. ‘Student Travel Grant ‘. This scholarship will be given to 5 selected applicants for each World Congress. Please apply on the respective World Congress website for the Student Travel Grant.

I am unable to come to the registration session at the start of the conference. Can I register at a later stage?

Yes, the conference information and registration desk will be staffed throughout conference hours for queries and late registration or On Spot Registration.

How do I pay my registration fee?

PayPal (most recommended) details are given on the registration page. Just you need is a debit/credit card and an email address.

Online transfer: You can pay the Registration Fee through Credit or Debit Card through our online registration link. Please note that additional charges for the online transfer of registration fees will be borne by the participant.

On Spot Registration:
You can also pay the fee on the spot at the registration desk. You need to confirm your participation by sending us copy of your flight tickets, hotel reservation voucher.

When should I pay for the registration fee?

Normally the acceptance of papers is responded from the organizing panel and notified to the authors in 3-10 working days. Finish the payment of Registration fee (as per your category) as soon as possible to secure your participation in the World Congress, as only a fixed number of participants are designated for this World Congress.

Conference Committee reserves all the rights to close the registration process before the mentioned deadlines, on completion of required number of registrations.

You do not need to pay any fee upon the submission of your abstracts/paper. However after the acceptance by technical committee you should pay the registration fee as early as possible.

I realize that I need to register by the author registration deadline, but I am still waiting to hear whether I have funding to attend. What should I do?

It is very near to the conference, can I still pre-register?

If the conference is fully booked, this will be announced prominently on the homepage of the conference website. If there is no such announcement, we still have places available at the current time and you can therefore still register online.

Is group registration entitled for the registration fees discount?

Yes, group registration is entitled for registration fees discount of USD 100.00 per head. There should be at least 3 individuals in a group. They should communicate and submit fee in a group and not on individual basis.

Will I get a receipt when I arrive at the conference?

Yes, you would be handed the hard copy of receipt as you arrive in the conference. We may also send the scanned receipt to your email on your request if you will demand for the same.

I have to cancel my place at the conference. Can a colleague attend in my place?

This is usually not a problem. Please inform the Conference secretariat through email of your details, plus the contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge or cancellation penalty is incurred.

I have to cancel my place at the conference completely and no one else from my organization can attend in my place. What do I need to do?

Please contact the Conference Secretariat in writing in order to cancel the place fully. Cancellation terms will apply and the cancellation charge will depend on the date of your cancellation. Please visit the cancellation and refund policy on the World Congress Website.

Refund Policy:

In case you are not able to attend and you have already paid the full registration fees, the following refund policy would be considered. You may choose any of the below mentioned options:

You may choose any upcoming World Congress in place of this one (which you are not able to attend). The fee submitted for the cancelled conference will be adjusted in the chosen conference’s fee.

1. If you are unable to attend the conference personally, then you may choose to participate in absentia category.

2. You may nominate any of your colleagues or friends to attend the conference in your place.

3. Full Refunds – More than 30 Day’s Notice To receive a full refund, World Congress Committee must be receive request through email no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.

4. Full Refunds- if the event is postponed due to any unavoidable/ administrative reasons then registered author of the paper will receive full refund of the registration fee that he/she has paid for the World Congress. Registered Author of the World Congress will not claim any other charges like Air Fare or Accommodation from the organizers of the World Congress.

5. 50% Refund– Less than 30 Day’s Notice Requests for refunds World Congress receives within 30 days of the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.

6. No Refunds– Within 2 Weeks Requests for refunds World Congress receives within two weeks of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

Are there any group travel arrangements for the conference, official air carriers or official travel agents?

No, we have found from experience that delegates prefer to make their own independent travel arrangements. In the age of internet bookings, it is easier and more cost-efficient for you to shop around and find the most convenient travel option for yourself. The conference organizers do not provide shuttles from the airport to the conference venue, but transfers by public transport are normally available and information on these can be found on the information sheet which can be found within the registration system, upon completing your registration.

Do I need a visa to attend the conference, and if so, can the Conference Department help me with my entry visa application?

If you are unsure whether you need a visa to attend the conference, please check with your local embassy or travel agent. If you do, it is essential that you begin the process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the conference or registration deadline.

Conference Secretariat will provide you with an official invitation for the conference, which is useful for getting conference VISA.

In many cases, participants can attend the conference on Tourist VISA. You can also contact a VISA agent in your locality to assist you.

I need certificates for my co-authors too.

The certificate which you would get would have the name of presenting authors only. If you require additional certificates for other co-authors as well, absentia registration fee is applicable per certificate. It may be deposited at the venue, to get the certificates on spot.

I may be interested in exhibiting my products and services at the event, or sponsoring the conference. Is there an opportunity to do this?

If you are interested in exhibiting or sponsoring the conference, please visit ‘Sponsorship’ web page on our website for further details of costs and availability. You may also write to the conference secretariat for the same.

I want to bring friend/relative/colleague along with me.

You may bring friend/relative/colleague with you for clicking your photos and videos. If they join us for coffee and lunch they have to just pay a nominal fee of USD 50 along with your registration fee or on the venue to us.

I/ my Organization want to propose a session in this conference.

If you would like to propose an organized session, please contact conference secretariat, including its subject and format along with minimum 5 presenters interested in attending the session.

If your paper is accepted for presentation at the conference, you are expected to serve as a discussant or session chair in one of the sessions or presentations.
